How many dogs can you walk at one time?

At Woof 'N' Wander, we prioritize safe and enjoyable group dog walking experiences. We never walk more than 6 dogs together, ensuring compatibility in temperament and location. Our experienced team guarantees a fabulous time for your dogs, promoting socialization and boosted confidence during their group walks.

My dog is nervous around other dogs, will you be able to walk them?

We understand that some dogs can get very nervous around other animals and people. This is why we provide an Individual dog walk service that allows those nervous pups to enjoy their walk with us. If you have multiple dogs and one or more are nervous, we also offer a Multi-Dog Walk service. This allows us to walk several dogs from one family. We always try our best to cater to your dogs every need. 

Do I need to be at home when you collect or drop off my pet?

No! As long as we have sorted a way in then there's no need for you to be home. We can take a key from you, you can leave a key for us or someone else can be there to let us in, it's whatever you would prefer!

What happens in an emergency?

In any sort of emergency, we will contact you immediately. If we are unable to contact you on either your personal or your work number, we will call your emergency contact. We will also contact and take your dog to the vet. 

Can I just have occasional walks?

Yes, we except either ad-hoc or regular walks. This means that you can ask us for a dog walk whenever you would need and can also add any walks even if your a regular client. 

Can I meet the person caring for my pet?

When we receive your enquiry, we will contact you for a home visit. This is where we will come to your home, meet you and your pet. This allows us to get to know you both and to let you meet us. If anyone else is going to cover a walk/visit they will get in contact. If you would like to meet them in person then just ask!

Will my dog be walked by the same person every walk?

We will attempt to keep the person walking your dog the same as this allows the dog to be more comfortable. But, if that person is out of office for whatever reason, then someone else will contact you and cover the dog walk/s.

Are dog walkers insured?

Yes! All staff working at Woof 'N' Wander are insured. We also have experience walking and caring for a variety of animals, First-aid training and are DBS checked. 

Will I be charged if I cancel my walk short notice?

Providing us with a minimum of 24 hours ensures that no cancellation fee will be incurred. Contact us in advance to make any necessary changes to your booking without any charges. We value your satisfaction and appreciate your cooperation in giving us ample notice for adjustments to our services. 

Can you do early or late evening or weekend walks?

Our business hours are from 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We can accommodate for services outside of these hours but it will include an Out-of-Hours fee. Please contact us for more information on our Out-of-Hours fee. 

Do I pay for services upfront?

For our regular clients, monthly invoices will be sent at the end of each month. For one-off or ad hoc services, upfront payment is required. We strive to provide convenient payment options and clear billing procedures to ensure a seamless experience. Please let us know if you have any questions or require further details regarding our payment process.

What if my pet has unique needs?

If your pet has unique needs, don't worry! At Woof 'n' Wander, we specialize in providing tailored pet care services to accommodate the specific requirements of every furry friend. We understand that each pet is unique, and we take the time to learn about your pet's individual preferences, health considerations, and any special instructions you may have.
